All registrations include a $175 Enrollment Fee. This fee is refundable only if you cancel within 48 hours of registration. After 48 hours, the Enrollment Fee is strictly non-refundable in any circumstance.
Families may cancel within 48 hours of registration for a full refund, including the enrollment fee.
After this period, and until the deadlines below, families may request either:
• A refund, less the non-refundable enrollment fee and any processing fees, or
• A full camp credit, with no deductions.Deadlines:
• Vancouver Camp: December 31, 2024
• Chicago Camp: January 31, 2025
• Las Vegas Camp: January 31, 2025After these deadlines, no refunds or general camp credits will be issued.

Failure to attend camp without cancellation constitutes a forfeiture of fees. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows
3. Medical, Educational & Other Exceptional Circumstances
Global Sports recognizes that unexpected events can occur. In the event of documented medical issues, educational obligations, or other extenuating circumstances, a camp credit may be granted at Global’s discretion. Requests must be supported by documentation. Personal scheduling conflicts, other hockey events, or travel issues do not qualify for credit or refund consideration. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the camp start date and supported by documentation.
4. Force Majeure & Camp Modifications
If a camp is cancelled in full due to a force majeure event, Global Sports will issue a full camp credit less all non-refundable fees (enrollment, processing, and credit card fees).
If a camp is cancelled after commencement due to a force majeure event or other circumstances beyond Global’s control, Global Sports will issue a flat 50% camp credit, less the non-refundable enrollment fee and processing/credit card fees.
If a camp is modified (e.g., date, time, location, format, or coach availability), families will receive a full camp credit.
Credits are valid for 24 months, transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Travel expenses (airfare, lodging, meals, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant and are not covered under any circumstances.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations, rescheduling, or force majeure.
Chargebacks are prohibited. Filing a chargeback violates this agreement and may result in Global contesting the dispute, pursuing cost recovery, and denying future participation.
