All cancellations and refund/credit request must complete our cancellation form found below.

Refund Policy / Cancellation

Cancellation, Refund Policy, Terms and conditions

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • All cancellations and refund/credit requests must be submitted using the cancellation form. https://www.globalsportscamp.com/refund-policy
  • A $175.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds for any circumstances.
  • Refund (less the processing fee) or full future camp credit requests must be submitted by December 31, 2024, for the Vancouver Camp and by January 31, 2025, for the Chicago and Las Vegas Camps. Cancellations/Requests received after these deadlines will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • A full camp credit may be extended for a verified medical or educational reason (with required documentation: ex. doctor's note or school administrator's note) at the discretion of Global Sports, if submitted 14 days prior to the camp start date

Terms and conditions:

  • Global Sports will provide services as described but reserves the right to alter the camp format, schedule, date, or location in response to a force majeure event. In such cases, Global Sports may opt not to host or may terminate the camp without offering a refund or camp credit. Global Sports will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to force majeure events. For the purposes of this Agreement, “force majeure” refers to conditions beyond the control of Global Sports, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, labor strikes, government actions, pandemic, facility failure or any other unforeseeable or uncontrollable events. Participants will be informed of any force majeure events as soon as possible
  • Global Sports reserves the right to modify camp dates, times, locations, and formats as deemed necessary without issuing a refund. However, participants will receive a full camp credit for any future camp. Camp details are subject to change, and participants will be notified of any significant alterations as soon as possible.
  • Global Sports reserve the right, at our discretion, to withdraw any camper whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous or incompatible to the Camp, or who will not live within the rules and policies of the Camp. If this occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made.
  • All committed guest coaches are deemed tentative, as conflicts may arise before or during the Global Camps, potentially necessitating substitutions and/or adjustments to the guest coaches at the camp.
