REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY SUMMARY AND CANCELLATION FORM

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This page summarizes some of the key refund and cancellation terms from the signed Waiver & Release / Refund–Cancellation Policy / Terms and Conditions. The signed agreement contains the complete terms and prevails in the event of any conflict.

1. SUBMITTING A CANCELLATION

All cancellation and refund/credit requests must be submitted using the official Cancellation Form found below. Requests by email, phone, or any other method will not be accepted.

2. REFUNDS & CAMP CREDITS

We understand life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be flexible while protecting the integrity of the camp’s planning and logistics.

Enrollment Fee
All registrations include a $175 Enrollment Fee. This fee is refundable only if you cancel within 48 hours of registration. After 48 hours, the Enrollment Fee is strictly non-refundable in any circumstance.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours
Families may cancel within 48 hours of registration for a full refund, less credit card processing fees, including the enrollment fee.

Cancellation After 48 Hours
After this period, and until the applicable deadline below, families may request either:

• A refund, less the non-refundable enrollment fee; or
• A full camp credit, with no deductions.

Cancellation Deadlines
Vancouver Camp: December 31, 2026
Las Vegas Camp: January 31, 2027

After these deadlines, no refunds or general camp credits will be issued.

3. MEDICAL, EDUCATIONAL & OTHER EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Global Sports recognizes that unexpected events can occur. In the event of documented medical issues, educational obligations, or other extenuating circumstances, a camp credit may be granted at Global Sports’ discretion. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the camp start date and supported by documentation. Personal scheduling conflicts, other hockey events, tryouts, or travel issues do not qualify for credit or refund consideration.

Any credit issued is subject to the Camp Credit Terms in the signed agreement.

Select the correct option applicable to you at the time you are completing this form. Please refer to the refund/Cancellation policy . By not selecting the proper option, you submission will not be reviewed and you will need to redo with the proper selection.

By submitting this cancellation request, I acknowledge and agree that I have read and understood Global Sports’ Waiver & Release, Refund–Cancellation Policy, and Terms & Conditions. I confirm that this submission is final and binding. I hereby release and forever discharge Global Sports  (“Global Hockey Camps and Clinics”) from any and all past, present, or future claims, disputes, chargebacks, obligations, or demands related to this cancellation. I further agree that no additional refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided beyond what is outlined in the applicable policy. Any camp credit issued under this policy may be subject to review and may be revoked if the basis for the exemption is later found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misrepresented.
