Why Attend Global Hockey Camps and Clinics

Why should a player attend?
-Teams can’t recruit you, if they don’t know you exist.
-There is one guarantee in hockey and that is, there is NO guarantee! Try not to put all of your eggs in one basket. Global offers players a fair way to show their talents in front of a variety of teams at various levels.
-Global provides an opportunity to play with a strong caliber of players from all over North America in front of junior and college recruiters.
-Global gives every player an opportunity by having coaches from various leagues and levels. We provide the best opportunity to learn that there is not just one route to reach your playing dreams. Global is the best in the business of having a mixture of leagues at all different levels to maximize opportunities for players.
-Global provides elite level coaches to conduct practices and games (Global doesn’t assign one coach per team; we will have mixture of coaches for each ice time).
-Players will become familiar with all aspects of the next step in their hockey careers, whether it is in college or junior hockey (have a backup plan)
-Players will be explained the entire pros and cons of Major Junior Hockey. The attendance of Major Junior coaches allows them to identify players for the Major Junior Draft and the opportunity for players to be placed on the Major Junior Protected Lists as well
-Even if you’re playing junior hockey these camps can help you move up to higher level of junior hockey
Why parents/players should attend?
-Seminars hosted by the coaches/scouts- ASK QUESTIONS
-Global will have an educational advisor attending to answer any question you may have
-You will understand what coaches are looking for
-Global will supply you with N.C.A.A. information with regards to the N.C.A.A. Clearing House
-You will be taught how to do proper research when choosing a specific junior team and League and will guide you on what questions you should ask
-Coaches will be in attendance during seminars to answer questions
-Global will help you understand the difference between an advisor or agent and the ramifications they may with regards to the N.C.A.A.
Global is one of the only camps to have college and junior coaches on the ice with you during practices and games as well as answering questions during the information seminars. Global camps are not just for players looking to get into the junior or college ranks but also provide much needed information in regards to N.C.A.A. eligibility and variety of options available in hockey. Each Global camp will have an N.C.A.A. educational advisor to answer any questions you may have.
Global Hockey Camps and Clinics is entering its 22nd year of helping players reach the next level in their career. We have had over 1,000 players come through our camps that have gone on to play NHL, college hockey and in a variety of elite junior programs.
