Click below for which Camp and Clinic you would like to attend. All Players must send in a Medical Form. Players will not be able to participate without having completed and sent in a Medical to Global. Forms can be faxed to 604-846-8414 or emailed or mailed.. All registrations to be processed in Canadian funds

Refunds are subject to $100.00 processing fee. If canceling after March 17 (Chicago), March 10 (Vancouver) and April 24( Las Vegas) with a valid medical reason including a doctor’s note a credit maybe issued for next year. No refunds or credits regardless of any circumstance one month prior any camp starting April 17 (Chicago), April 10(Vancouver) and May 24(Las Vegas).
