Group 2 - (1991-and older), June 30, 2008 to July 3, 2008 (Mon-Thur)

Global Sports have secured an agreement with THE ORLEANS HOTEL AND CASINO.
Single or double occupancy Sunday June 22nd to Thursday June 26th and Sunday June 29th to Thursday July 3rd, the rate will be $60.00 per night. You will be checking out on Friday, if not, the rate goes up!

Procedures for Registering:

1. You must call 1-800-675-3267 when the Orleans Room Reservations Department is open (Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am and 11pm - Pacific Time or Saturday & Sunday between the hours of 9am and 5pm - Pacific Time)

2. You must identify yourselves as Camp Global 1 for Group 1 ('92-96's) and Camp Global 2 for Group 2 (91's and older) in order to obtain a room reservation under the above mentioned block. Without this identification, you will not be quoted our special group rate and may be told that they are sold out.

3. At the time the reservation is made, you will be asked to provide a major credit card or send a deposit for the first night's room and tax. If a credit card is utilized, it will automatically be charged first night's room and tax.

4. The cut-off date for our room block is May 18, 2008. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a "space available" basis. To insure space availability, we ask you to call in a timely manner.

5. It is the policy at The Orleans Hotel and Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.

6. Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to check in time of 4pm on the scheduled date of arrival with no penalty fee. However, any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night's room and room tax.

7. The staff and scouts will be staying in The Orleans Hotel and Casino. Please try not to bother them. There will be plenty of time to ask questions at the rink.
