Las Vegas Refund Policy:
Refunds are subject to $100.00 processing fee. No refunds after April 30, 2012 for the Las Vegas Camp and Clinic-No exceptions. If canceling, we may credit you for next year. However if canceling after May 15, 2012 no credit or refund! Credits are subject to processing fee stated above.

You are agreeing to accept the conditions that you release Global Hockey Camps and Clinics, Directors, coaches , Staff from any responsibility for any accidents or loss however caused
All Players must send in a Medical Form. Players will not be able to participate without having completed and sent in a Medical to Global. Forms can be faxed to 604-846-8414 or emailed or mailed.. All registrations to be processed in Canadian funds. Dates and Times subject to change
