Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to $100.00 processing fee. No refunds after March 15, 2012 for the Chicago Camp and Clinic-No exceptions. If canceling, we may credit you for next year. However if canceling after April 1, 2012 no credit or refund! Credits are subject to processing fee stated above.

All Players must send in a Medical Form. Players will not be able to participate without having completed and sent in a Medical to Global. Forms can be faxed to 604-846-8414 or emailed or mailed.. All registrations to be processed in Canadian funds
